A Giant Bench in the shadow of the medieval tower Stories

Castiglion Fioretino has a gorgeous big bench!

It's located in the Piazzale del Cassero, right under the tower, and looks out over the valley.

The bench, which has the colours of the Italian Flag, is a gift from a company to the municipality of Castiglion Fiorentino as a symbol of re-starter after the pandemic.

Giant benches are a tourist trend that is depopulating, and Castiglion Fiorentino was not unprepared.

The location is splendid: The Piazzale del Cassero is a slice of heaven. Thanks to the giant bench, people can relax in the shade of the tower, sitting comfortably and admiring the colours of the valley.
