La Carreccia, ancient and big tuscan country house tastefully and carefully restored, is set close to the castle of Montecchio on the edge of Valdichiana. It is ideal for touring many places of interests such as Florence, Arezzo. Siena and Perugia or smaller towns, but not less interesting, such as Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Assisi, Montalcino, San Gimignano, Volterra, Orvieto etc.

The property is comprised of the main house, where the owners live, and other indipendent and furnished apartments: Tino, Coltro 2/4 and Giogo 2/4/6.
The apartments can comfortably accomodate, depending on their size and possible combination, from 2 up to 6 people for a total of 12 guests. Some additional beds are possible (on reservation).
Each apartment has its own equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, TV Sat, indipendent entrance, private outdoor patio/garden, parking place.
